  • There are either fine or low quality seaweeds to make laver products. Those seaweeds are usually collected during winter and therefore it is very important to secure high quality seaweeds. It is an important factor in determining product quality. Find quality seaweeds should be combined with fine quality processing to produce premium quality laver products. We believe that production with fine quality seaweeds is beyond their purchasing price. 60% of those seaweeds are usually in Joella-do while 20% in Gyeongsang-do. However, it is widely recognized that seaweeds from Chungcheong-do and Gyeonggi-do have fine quality. Their quality is heavily influenced by the weather of the sea and the sunlight. During the processing, perilla oil and sesame oil are added and 'Gwangcheon Naepo Laver' uses premium quality oils and refined salt to make best quality laver products.
